Return Policy

Keep all packaging so that the merchandise can be repackaged.

Most items that are not personalized may be returned within 14 business days in their original packaging. You will be issued a full credit less the cost of shipping handling and the cost of repackaging if applicable. All returns require authorization and a scheduled pick up date and time. Please contact Children’s Revolution for return authorization and pick up date & time.

Personalized Items: Because they are customized, no personalized items may be returned unless they arrive at your door damaged.

Damaged Merchandise: If the item arrives damaged the customer must contact us within 48 hours so that we can have the item inspected. We will either issue a store credit or send a replacement item once the item is returned.
